The Eden-like conditions present along the steep slopes of the Cordillera Central and the Cordillera de Talamanca, are ideal for the cultivation of NOCHARI 100% Strictly Hard Bean (SHB) Costa Rican coffee. The direct rays of the warm tropical sun fall upon the plants for only a portion of the day, rainfall is plentiful, evenings are cool, and the soil is replete with volcanic ash and organic matter. These conditions allow the coffee cherries to mature slowly. As a result, our Costa Rican coffee beans become extremely dense and their flavor intensely rich.
