Costa Rican Coffee Brewing
- Grind beans just before you use them. Use an extra-fine
rind for one-cup cones and vacuum pots, a medium grind
for most drip brewers, and a coarse grind for French presses.
- Use 2 or more rounded tablespoons of coffee per 6 oz. cup.
- If your tap water has an unpleasant taste or odor, use filtered or bottled water.
- Serve coffee as soon as possible.
- Store coffee in a cool, dry, dark place.
